Hi folks,
 
I hope you all had a great weekend and are ready to get back to class and work for another couple of weeks before Spring Break!  
 
Tonight will be your last chance to see our Mountaineers in a home game this season, so if you can, get over to the Fieldhouse this evening at 7:00 and cheer them on as they take on Redlands in first round tournament action!  The Lady Mountaineers will be playing on the road in Tonkawa.   
 
If you feel like indulging your sweet tooth, prepare a dessert and bring it to the Dessert Share in the Ballroom tomorrow to swap with someone else.  It's a great way to try something new!
 
Tuesday afternoon at 2:00, there will be an After-Action Meeting for Building Monitors to go over the Emergency Drill that was held on campus last Thursday.
 
Talent Show Auditions will be held in the Johnnie Wray Theatre Wednesday at 2:00, so get out there and show the world your talent.  This should be a lot of fun for everyone involved.
 
Gail Wilson of the Financial Aid Dept. will be celebrating her birthday on Thursday, so be sure and wish her a special day.  She's a sweetheart!
 
And Sunday will mark the first day of Daylight Savings Time, and also a birthday for science instructor Pat Ratliff!  I think you're losing an hour of birthday on this deal, Pat!
 
Also, next week we will be observing Health and Fitness week, by offering a healthier menu (no fried foods).  Maybe this will get you off on the right foot to carry into Spring Break.  It would be a great time to get out and start an exercise program, quit tobacco, or just break out of your old rut and get healthier, for yourself and your children. 
 
Our lunch menus for this week include:
 
Monday:  Spaghetti with meat sauce, broccoli spears, corn, fried squash, garlic bread, cheesy potato soup, hot rolls, oreo cheesecake.
 
Tuesday:  Pork chops, mashed potatoes and gravy, steamed cabbage, okra, California blend vegetables, hot rolls, pineapple cake.
 
Wednesday:  Hamburger steak, steamed red potatoes, green beans, baby carrots, macaroni and cheese, hot rolls, banana pudding.
 
Thursday:  Baked chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, broccoli and rice casserole, corn, tuscan blend vegetables, hot rolls, peach cobbler.
 
Friday:  Fish and shrimp poppers, scalloped potatoes, pinto beans, okra, cole slaw, hush puppies, frosted brownies.
 
Our dinner menus for this week include:
 
Monday:  Chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, corn on the cob, macaroni and cheese, homemade soup on salad bar, ice cream with toppings.
 
Tuesday:  Breakfast bar:  Pancakes or French toast, link sausage, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, tuna salad sandwich with chips, ice cream and toppings.
 
Wednesday:  Chicken and noodles, steamed potatoes, English peas, fried squash, winter blend vegetables, assorted cookies.
 
Thursday:  Chili dogs or cheeseburgers with fries, loaded baked potato bar, assorted vegetables, assorted vegetables, ice cream with toppings.
 
Friday:  Cyber Cafe menu.
