[Eoscstudents] Menus for Mon. Nov. 4 thru Fri. Nov. 8

Hi folks,
 
Congratulations to both our Mountaineers and Lady Mountaineers for their wins over East Texas Flight  at last Saturday's Homecoming games, and to Eastern's new Homecoming King, Rodney Morris, and Queen, Taylor Burch.  
 
Happy birthday wishes go out this week to several members of our Eastern family:  Comptroller, Alaina Bray on Monday; and two of my favorites, English Instructor, Lee Anne Schweitzer and Speech Professor, Ruth Brelsford will celebrate on Wednesday; finishing out the week with President Smith's right hand, Marci O'Donley celebrating her big day on Friday.   
 
Current student enrollment will begin on Tues. Nov. 5.  All current Eastern students should get their classes planned out for next semester as soon as possible to avoid missing out due to classes filling up.  Don't let your graduation plans be delayed because you couldn't get in one required class you needed!  Plan ahead and enroll as soon as possible!  
 
Lunch menus for the week of Nov. 4 thru 8 include:
 
Monday:  Chicken tetrazzini, Scandinavian vegetables, broccoli spears, fried squash, baby carrots, hot rolls, strawberry cheesecake, and the soup of the day will be vegetable beef.
 
Tuesday:  Hamburger steak, mashed potatoes with brown gravy, wild rice, lima beans, fresh spinach, okra, hot rolls, pumpkin pie cake, and the soup of the day is chicken noodle.  
 
Wednesday:  Smoked sausage with potatoes, onions and peppers, corn on the cob, steamed cabbage, black eyed peas, rice pilaf, hot rolls, chocolate delight, and the soup of the day is split pea with ham.
 
Thursday:  Beef sanchos, pinto beans, Spanish rice, fried okra, corn, winter blend vegetables, cornbread, banana pudding, and the soup of the day is minestrone.
 
Friday:  Hot steak sandwich on toast, baby red skin mashed potatoes, green beans, California blend vegetables, penne pasta with pesto sauce, BBQ on a bun with chips, assorted cookies.
 
Dinner menus are as follows:
 
Monday:  Breakfast bar featuring homemade pancakes, breakfast casserole, biscuits, gravy, sausage, hot ham and cheese on bun with crisscross potatoes, assorted vegetables.
 
Tuesday:  Chicken fried chicken, steamed potatoes, gravy, fresh broccoli, cream corn, green beans, garden blend rice, homemade chili and cornbread.
 
Wednesday:  Steak fingers, ranch potatoes, English peas, corn on the cob, steamed cabbage, baby carrots, grilled chicken wraps with chips.
 
Thursday:  Pizza & pasta bar featuring chicken Alfredo, pepperoni macaroni and cheese, ham and broccoli bow tie pasta, and sausage, cheese, beef and pepperoni pizzas.
 
Friday:  Cyber grill menu.
