Hi folks,
 
Looks like it's going to be pretty warm this week, but we may have a few people on campus who are still chilly after having an ice chest full of ice water dumped on them last week!  Check out the EOSC website for a picture.
 
And for you ice cream fans, our new ice cream machine arrived last week and is in operation!
Come try it out!  And while you're here, check out all the new improvements in the Cafeteria, including new display boxes and dispensers, the addition of cappuccino to our hot chocolate machine, and an iced coffee drink in the Cyber Café.
 
EOSC birthdays for the week include:  Groundskeeper Allen Kendrick on Monday, Aug. 25, Nutrition & Anatomy professor Dr. Julie Collins, and Payroll Specialist Gwen McDonald on Friday, Aug. 29.  Please wish these members of our EOSC family a wonderful day if you see them around. 
 
Lunch menus for the week include:
 
Monday:  Pulled pork or chicken fried chicken sandwich with loaded baked potato salad or chips, red beans and cornbread, fried squash, green beans, cake with cream cheese icing.
 
Tuesday:  Chicken cordon blue or roast beef, steamed potatoes, steamed broccoli, steamed carrots, rice pilaf, Monterrey blend vegetables, dinner rolls, peach cobbler.
 
Wednesday:  Beef stroganoff or chicken and noodles with mashed potatoes, steamed cabbage, corn, black eyed peas, fried zucchini, dinner rolls, chocolate cake.
 
Thursday:  Teriyaki chicken with rice or BBQ beef sandwich with fries or chips, green beans, fried yellow squash, winter blend vegetables, macaroni and tomatoes, yellow cake with chocolate icing.
 
Friday:  Tilapia almandine with popcorn shrimp, potato wedges, rice, carrots, steamed broccoli, fire roasted corn on the cob, ice cream with toppings.   
 
 
Dinner menus include:
 
Monday:  Chicken parmesan or spaghetti with meat sauce or plain sauce, garlic bread sticks, corn on the cob, fried okra, vegetable blend, ice cream.
 
Tuesday:  Chicken or beef fajitas, nachos or taco salads, fresh guacamole, Spanish rice, black beans, refried beans, fiesta corn, ice cream and toppings.
 
Wednesday:  Chicken fried steak or chicken strips with mashed potatoes and gravy, baked beans, macaroni and cheese, vegetable blend, carrots, ice cream and toppings.
 
Thursday:  Sloppy Joes or grilled chicken sandwiches with curly fries or tots, fried zucchini, creamy corn, vegetable blend, ice cream.
 
Friday:  To be announced.
