Hi folks,
 
I hope everyone who had the day off yesterday due to the weather enjoyed it.  We had to deal with a water break at my house, so that was no fun, especially for my husband who had to fix it!   After listening to Dougo's weather forecast on Mountaineer Radio, it's not looking like a very good week coming up in the weather department, so be very careful when walking outside or driving, as there can be unexpected slick spots that can very easily cause you to fall or skid off the road.  
 
Birthdays for this week include Carolyn Rigsby, our breakfast cook and Cyber Café attendant, and Tina Ray, Student Affairs Recruiter, both of whom are celebrating their big day today, and Sandra Robertson, Academic Advisor and Counselor, who will celebrate her big day next Sunday, Feb. 9.  Please wish these wonderful ladies a fantastic day if you see them around this week.
 
Lunch menus for this week include:
 
Tuesday:  Baked chicken breast, baby red skin mashed potatoes, gravy, English peas, corn, Malibu blend vegetables, macaroni and cheese, hot rolls, assorted pies.  Soup of the day:  Cabbage soup.
 
Wednesday:  Meatloaf, scalloped potatoes, navy beans, fresh spinach, fried okra, sauerkraut with wieners, hot rolls, banana pudding,  Soup of the day:  Corn chowder.
 
Thursday:  Green chili chicken enchiladas, refried beans, cilantro lime rice, cheesy corn, baked potato bar with toppings, cornbread, cherry cobbler.  Soup of the day:  Pasta & bean.
 
Friday:  Lasagna or hot ham and cheese with chips, steamed broccoli, corn on the cob, buttered potatoes, steamed cabbage, garlic bread sticks, peanut butter cake.
 
Dinner menus include:  
 
Tuesday:  Roast beef or deli sub sandwiches with chips, mashed potatoes and brown gravy, assorted vegetables, salad bar, ice cream with toppings.
 
Wednesday:  Homemade chicken and noodles or chili dogs and fries, assorted vegetables, salad bar, ice cream with toppings.
 
Thursday:  Pizza, pasta, and meatball subs, salad bar, snickerdoodle and chocolate chip cookies.
 
Friday:  Cyber Café menu.
