[Eoscstudents] Menu for Mon. June 9

Hi folks,
 
Looks like Gear Up Camp #3 is starting off wet and chilly!  It's chilly outside, but it's even chillier in our offices!  I've had to resort to donning a jacket to ward off the chill of coming in slightly damp and finding the air conditioning working overtime.  Brrr!
 
On the upside though, this rain should be great for all the gardeners out there.  We've got a few tomato plants and some herbs at the house that are growing like weeds because of the frequent showers.  
 
Our Lunch menu for today includes:
Chicken fajitas or beef tacos, green chili cheese corn, beans and cornbread, cilantro lime rice, Oreo cheesecake, ice cream.
 
Dinner menu includes:
Chicken and biscuits, or chicken fried steak with gravy, mashed potatoes, carrots, steamed broccoli, fried zucchini, ice cream.
