Hi folks,
 
It looks like a nice day outside with no rain (at the moment), but you still better bring a jacket for lunch.  
 
We're midway through our Gear Up camps, and they seem to be going well.   We have another camp starting this Thursday, and the final one for the year starting next Monday.  These are three day camps, with kids from five to seven different southeastern Oklahoma schools attending together. Two camps are scheduled per week, so the Gear Up crew is working six days a week during this period.  They love what they do, but you know they're going to be ready to collapse when it's all finished!  
 
Our lunch menu for today includes:
Baked chicken breast or chili dogs, loaded mashed potatoes, dinner rolls, baked beans, fried squash, corn, lime poke cake, ice cream.
 
Our dinner menu consists of:
Rigatoni or grilled chicken breast sandwich with curly fries, garlic bread, steamed broccoli, sautéed squash, vegetable blend, ice cream.
