Attached is an application for a great scholarship opportunity to be awarded

Amount Awarded:  (1000fa/1000sp)

Must meet following criteria:

 

1) Be full time for fall and spring semesters

2) Have income of $32,000 or less (using 2013 FAFSA information)

3) Be an Oklahoma resident

4) Be meeting Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP)

 

The completed application is to be completed and submitted to the
scholarship office by the deadline of July 10, 2014.

Only positive confirmation will be provided to the one selected recipient
due to time constraints.
