 Hi folks,
 
I hope you all had a wonderful Labor Day Weekend.  We went to the Choctaw Nation Labor Day Festival at Tuskahoma.  It's always a fun place to go with lots going on, arts and crafts, great entertainment and all kinds of food.   
 
Be sure and attend the Library Expo all this week in the President's Dining Room, and see what our wonderful Library/Media Center has to offer.  
 
There will be a Building Monitors meeting Wednesday at 1:30 in Mitchell 206.  All Building Monitors should attend, (or send a designated representative), and bring your radios, chargers, and safety vests. 
 
EOSC birthdays for this week include:  Assistant Comptroller, Trisha White, on Mon. Sept. 1, Gear Up Education Coordinator, Kamy Patterson, on Fri. Sept. 5, and Accounting Professor, Amanda Smith, on Sunday Sept. 7.  Please wish these wonderful folks a great birthday this week.
 
Lunch menus for Tues. Sept. 2 thru Fri. Sept. 5 include:
 
(Due to unforeseen circumstances, the Cyber menu will be limited to 2 designated items during the lunch rush hour, from 11:00 to 1:30 for the week.  The full Cyber menu will be available after 1:30.  Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.)
 
Tuesday:  Lemon chicken and rice, dinner rolls, macaroni and cheese, sweet potatoes and apples, California blend vegetables, fried okra, salad bar, cream cheese brownies.  
Cyber:  BBQ sandwich or Lunch meat wraps, fries or chips.
  
Wednesday:  Lasagna, garlic bread sticks, green beans, black eyed peas, corn, Capri blend vegetables, salad bar, cinnamon roll cake.
Cyber:  Cheeseburgers or chili dogs, curly fries or chips.
 
Thursday:  BBQ Day:  BBQ smoked sausage, BBQ chicken, pulled pork, baked beans, potato cubes, hot rolls, corn on the cob, steamed broccoli with cheese, buttered noodles, Oreo cheesecake.
Cyber:  Chicken wraps or Frito chili pies, tots or chips. 
 
Friday:  Fried catfish, hushpuppies, popcorn shrimp, French fries, Malibu blend vegetables, steamed spinach, red beans and cornbread, peanut butter cake.
Cyber:  Chicken or steak melts, fries or chips.
 
Dinner menus include:  
 
Tuesday:  Hot steak sandwiches with au jus, or buffalo or plain chicken strips, chips or curly fries, broccoli rice casserole, steamed carrots, Tuscan blend vegetables.
 
Wednesday:  Dorito bake, cilantro lime rice, Santa Fe blend vegetables, or grilled chicken sandwiches with chili cheese fries or chips, green chili cheese corn.
 
Thursday:  King Ranch chicken, roasted red potatoes, green beans, Monterrey blend vegetables, steamed cabbage, fried squash.
 
Friday:  Wing Night:  Hot, BBQ or Ranch wings, with potato wedges or chips, macaroni and cheese, corn on the cob, California blend vegetables.
 
Saturday:  Hamburger steaks with sautéed onions and mushrooms, brown gravy and mashed potatoes, pinto beans, fried okra.
