A friendly reminder:

Federal work study/RCE student workers must complete all paperwork "prior"
to beginning work each semester. No student will get paid until all
paperwork has been completed and submitted. If a student worked last fall
the student still must complete a new authorization form this spring. An
e-mail will be sent to each supervisor letting them know when it is okay for
the student to begin work. Until the e-mail is received no student is to
begin work. It is vital (and the law) that this procedure is followed. If
you have any questions you are welcome to inquire of me or the Human
Resources office. Thank you for your cooperation.
