Hi folks,

 

I hope lots of you can make it to today's presentation by our Denmark guests
today at noon in the South Ballroom.  Their week with us is almost up so if
you haven't gotten to speak with them yet, this will be the ideal chance to
get to hear about their lives and culture.  

 

I neglected to send Happy Birthday wishes yesterday to Kim Pendergraft of
the EOSC Library.  Sorry, Kim, but I hope you had a special day.

 

And today, Dana Lewis, of the Registrar's office is celebrating her special
day.  Dana, you enjoy your day, also.

 

Our Lunch menu for today includes:

Blackened chicken, Philly steak sandwich, BBQ meatballs, garlic red
potatoes, carrots, spinach, onion rings.  Burgers, subs, waffles, pizza.
Dessert:  Mini banana cream pies.

 

Dinner:

Cheese quesadillas, Monterey chicken, scalloped ham and potatoes, wild rice,
green beans, mixed vegetables, burgers, pizza, dessert.
