[Eoscstudents] Transfer Scholarship from NSU for Fall 2016

A great scholarship opportunity awaits you if you are planning on
transferring to NSU for the fall. Please complete the attached application
and submit the proper documentation by the deadline of Monday April 25,
2016. You may fax or e-mail the completed application, resume', and essay to
the scholarship office and request Dana in the registrar office (x813) to
deliver your official transcript to me. Scholarship applicants must provide
the following documentation and must meet the following requirements:

     1.	Student must have earned an EOSC Associate Degree prior to fall 2016
     2.	Student must have a minimum grade point average of 3.8
     3.	Official college transcript
     4.	Resume' (2 page limit)
     5.	Scholarship essay stating why the scholarship is important and how
                it will help the applicant achieve his/her goals (not to
exceed 200 words)
