Greetings from UCO! 

We are excited to announce an upcoming opportunity for transfer students at
community colleges! The University of Central Oklahoma would like to invite
your students to explore UCO at our annual Transfer Central Day. This day is
geared for students interested in transferring to Central after their time
at the community college level. 

The date of the event is Friday, March 4, 2016. Registration begins at 9:00
AM and the event begins at 9:30 AM. On this day, students will hear about
the transfer process to Central, from the academic college of their choice,
go on a campus tour and more! This event is FREE for you and your students
and we would love to have you all on campus! 

The schedule is as follows: 

9:00 AM Registration

9:30 AM Welcome/Event Begins

10:05 AM Campus Tour

11:15 AM Lunch

12:15 PM College Presentations

1:30 PM Breakout Session #1

2:00 PM Breakout Session #2

2:50 PM SSS @ UCO

3:00 PM Fast Track Admissions *

3:30 PM Event Concludes

 

The breakout sessions are focusing on the Admissions/Scholarship Process and
Off-Campus Life (Campus Life for commuter students). There will also be a
break out session for Student Support Services. 

 

*Fast Track Admissions is for students who want to hear an admissions
decision on this day. Students are eligible for Fast Track Admissions if
they have completed the online application form and have ALL of their
official transcripts here or bring them that day. This is an optional part
of the day, but also a great opportunity for students to be admitted!

you could have your social media person retweet it that would be wonderful.
