Hi folks,

 

We've made it to the day before Spring Break!  I know some people have big
plans for the week, others are just going to hang around and not do much.  I
hope everyone has an enjoyable week, however you choose to spend it.

 

The Cafeteria will be serving lunch today and a simple dinner this evening
for those students still on campus.  After that, we will be closed for the
week, reopening for dinner on Sunday, March 20.  

 

Congratulations to Music Department Director Brandon Hendrix and his Concert
Band, Concert Choir, and Eastern Expressions students for a wonderful
concert yesterday evening.  Keep the music in your hearts! 

 

Our lunch menu for today includes:

Hamburger steak, BBQ rib patty, fried catfish, mashed potatoes and gravy,
peas and carrots, spinach, corn on the cob, grilled cheese, curly fries.
Waffles, subs, pizza.  Soup:  Spinach pasta.  Dessert: Cap'n Crunch Treats.

 

Dinner:

Choice of hamburger, cheeseburger, or sub sandwich with chips.
