[Eoscstudents] Student Support Services Participants ONLY: It's time to sign up for Grant Aid!

It's that time in the semester when Student Support Services' participants
sign up to apply for the Grant Aid Scholarship.  The sign up deadline is
April 8, 2016.

In order to apply/qualify for the Grant Aid Scholarship, you will need to:

*	Have been in SSS for more than one semester
*	Be receiving a PELL Grant
*	Complete all required workshops during the current or last semester
(see Kathy Howe if you are not sure: 918-465-1860)
*	Be active in SSS and have at least one other contact (tutoring,
trips, etc.)
*	Have at least a 2.0 GPA
*	Be taking at least 9 hours
*	Have a financial unmet need equivalent to a minimum PELL award (we
will check this)
*	Not have received the Grant Aid Scholarship the previous semester
(fall/spring)
*	Sign up for the Grant Aid scholarship by April 8, 2016.  You can
come in, call, or send an email to the director, Sue Lovett, 918-465-1823 or
slovett at eosc.edu during the sign up period to let her know that you want to
sign up to apply for the Grant Aid scholarship.

Qualifying and applying for the Grant Aid scholarship does not guarantee
that you will receive it.  The final selection of scholarship recipients
will not occur until after the close of the sign up period and all
qualifications have been checked.  Scholarship recipients will be notified
by mail.  Participants must sign up for the scholarship by the deadline
specified in the scholarship sign up announcement/email in order to be
considered.
