[Eoscstudents] Blackboard Down

While performing maintenance on one of our UPS systems that is connected to
the Blackboard server we lost power and the system went down. Unfortunately
the server went into recovery mode which takes quite a long time to
complete.  I will notify you when the system is back up and running.
