[Eoscstudents] Flu Shots and Lunch Speakers on Wednesday

In addition to other flu shot opportunities on campus, the Latimer County
Health Department will be on campus during lunch on Wednesday October 10th
and will provide this service at no cost.  Please see the attached consent
form and information sheet.  Students, faculty, and staff are encouraged to
fill out the consent form prior to coming to get the shot in order to save
time.
Also during lunch on Wednesday, we will have four guest speakers who are
all former Eastern students who will speak about their time here at eastern
as students and how that time impacted their lives.  Seating will be
available on the east end of the cafeteria for those interested in
participating.  Thank you.
