Latimer and Pittsburg County Emergency Management are urging residents to
conserve electricity to avoid blackouts from system overloads. Please lower
thermostats, avoid using appliances, turn off lights and unplug anything
not in use.

Some areas may soon start rolling, controlled interruptions of service to
prevent further, more widespread and uncontrolled power outages.
