[Eoscstudents] Blackboard Global DNS Issue

Blackboard reports that most sites have returned to normal functionality as
DNS servers refresh.





Their last update was at 9:12 AM (EDT) 8:12 Central time.



they are continuing to work on a fix for this issue.
