[Eoscstudents] EOSC Spring 2023 Commencement-Graduate Instructions

REMINDER:

Eastern Oklahoma State College will host two Commencement Ceremonies
tomorrow, May 5, at 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. The Ceremonies will be divided by
academic division. No tickets are required for this year's event, and no
limit on guests attending.  Please see the attachment for additional
information.

Ceremony Flow

Graduates will assemble with caps and gowns at the below times on the
sidewalk behind the E.E. Tourtelotte Student Center and in front of Johnston
Hall, forming a double line facing west. Be sure to complete a NAME CARD.
You will keep this with you and hand to the announcer when you cross the
stage. 

 

Hannah Truitt, Julie Lawrence & Claria Henry will be there to assist
students. 

 

The line-up order will be as follows:

*	Graduates designated in the top ten percent
*	Outstanding graduates of the divisions who are not in the top ten
percent
*	Phi Theta Kappa graduates who are not in the top ten percent

 

5:00 p.m. Ceremony/Line up begins at 4:30

Ushers Philip Hawthorne & Paul Wills

*	Behavioral & Social Sciences Division
*	Business Division
*	Health Sciences Division-Nursing & Respiratory Therapy
*	Science & Mathematics Division

 

7:00 p.m. Ceremony/Line up begins at 6:30

Ushers Paul Wills & Chris Hall/Logan Rea

*	Agriculture Division
*	Language, Humanities & Education Division

Caps & Gowns can be purchased in the bookstore. If you have any questions,
