[Eoscstudents] Water on Wilburton campus

Please be aware that water will be shut off on campus today to allow us to
fix a water break. We are working diligently to get it repaired and
anticipate that the water will only be off for a couple of hours. I will
let you know when the repairs are completed and water is turned back on.
