[Eoscstudents] Important Update on EOSC Email Accounts

Hello,



We want to share an important update regarding EOSC email accounts.



Over the past couple of years, several former students have continued using
their EOSC email accounts for personal and *business* purposes after
leaving Eastern Oklahoma State College. Unfortunately, this has led to
Google increasing our account costs.



Because Google now charges institutions for each active email account, EOSC
will limit accounts to current students and active employees only. This
change will help us keep costs manageable while ensuring resources remain
available for those actively involved in the college.



If you are a former student, EOSC email accounts will be deactivated
starting today. Please download or transfer any important emails or files.
Tools like Google Takeout make it easy to export your data.





Current and incoming students — this change will not affect your EOSC email
account.
