Dear valued OneNet customer: 
 
On August 9th, 2005, SBC Oklahoma filed a lawsuit in district court
against OneNet and the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education.
This lawsuit is based on SBC Oklahoma's allegations regarding certain
bills which have been a matter of dispute between SBC Oklahoma and
OneNet for several years.  It is unfortunate SBC chose to pursue this
path in light of the fact that we've been working for years to reach
resolution on the issue.  As a state entity and a steward of public
funds, it is incumbent on us to protect the interests of Oklahoma
taxpayers as we move to bring resolution to this important matter. 
 
 This lawsuit will in no way affect our ability to deliver
high-performance network services to you or impact our focused
commitment to you as a customer.  Since 1996, it has been our mission to
provide the highest level of network services to education and
government and these proceedings will not impede this objective.
