[Hen] VOIP Solutions

Eastern Oklahoma State College is currently evaluating  two proposals
for VOIP solutions for our campus.

Cisco Unity 4.0 Server and Avaya 412 Office.  Both systems are priced
relatively close and appear to satisify our needs in an IP phone
solution.

Does anyone have experience with either system?  Can anyone comment on
the implementation process and tech support from either company?

Also, Bill J., we will be connecting our Wilburton campus/McAlester
Campus via Onenet.  Is there any router requirement on your part to
implement QOS?
