Jeff,

While I don't have implementation experience with VoIP from Cisco or 
Avaya, our Computing and Telecommunications staff at NSU in Tahlequah 
evaluated Cisco's and Nortel's VoIP offerings. We also conducted a 
product test of  equipment over several months. We did not choose Cisco 
and can not speak to specifics regarding a Cisco VoIP deployment. 
However, we have deployed approximately 350 IP sets and have a solid 
installation where IP sets and traditional sets coexist. I am available 
to discuss our evaluation criteria, RFP info, or other queries you may have.
