We have a significant VoIP deployment here at Northeastern State 
University which is fully integrated with our traditional PBX system. 
After evaluating different systems, we conducted a test environment for 
about 6 months and chose Nortel. The system has worked wonderfully for 
us and I am available to discuess our environment, selection criteria, 
evaluation processes, RFP framework, deployment, and support procedures 
at any time.
