[HESCO] Forms and Information/HESCO Meeting, 9-5-12

Colleagues,

At the last meeting, we discussed a few items related to recent correspondence I received from the Office of State Finance, Department of Central Services. I have attached the letters and the forms, including the survey forms, that we received. Please note that the DCS Legislation Planning survey (CAP Update Questionnaire) was due on August 27, via the imbedded electronic link.
I have also  attached the letter and forms I received from the DCS related to the Annual Recycled Materials report and the Recycling Coordinator's Information Form.  The deadline for submission of the  report is November 1; however, the DCS has requested the information sooner than November 1, if possible.
