[Lender] OLAC Meeting

Several lenders have indicated that they would like an opportunity to ask
OGSLP questions concerning the future of the Mutual Benefit Corporation at
our July 27 meeting.  If you have questions, please send them to me
swelch at localok.com.  I will compile the questions and forward them to Rick
Edington prior to our meeting.  We will also discuss their search for a new
director.
