[Lender] Advance Copy of Loan Purchase Terms and Conditions and ED Webinar

The Department of Education (ED) has issued an advance DRAFT copy of the
Federal Register notice outlining terms and conditions of ED's authority
to purchase loans as authorized by the Ensuring Continued Access to
Student Loans Act (ECASLA).  The official notice is expected to be
posted tomorrow, July 1, in the Federal Register.

 

The advance notice is available on an ED Web site
<http://federalstudentaid.ed.gov/ffelp/>  that also announces an ED
Webinar to provide an overview of both the Loan Purchase Commitment and
Loan Participation Purchase Programs.  The Webinar is scheduled for
