In order to preserve the right to participate in ED's 2009-2010
liquidity programs (Participation Purchase or Loan Purchase Commitment),
lenders are required to submit a new Notice of Intent to Participate
form. This requirement applies to all interested lenders, regardless of
past participation in the programs. To ensure that all 2009-2010 loans
are eligible for inclusion, lenders should submit their notice of intent
prior to May 1, 2009. A Notice of Intent to Participate received after
May 1, 2009 limits eligible loans to only those where the first
disbursement date was made on/after the date ED receives the notice.

Further details and submission instructions are available via the link

We will continue to keep you updated regarding these important liquidity
programs. Please let me know if you have any questions.
