[Lender] LLS-2011-03: Lender/Lender Servicer NSLDS Borrower Access

The United States Department of Education (ED) made some changes to
lender and servicer access to NSLDS.  Lenders and lender servicers no
longer have access to a borrower's information solely to determine if a
relationship can be established.  This will affect your ability to
review spousal information for income based repayment.  The spouse will
need to access the information on NSLDS and provide it to the
lender/servicer.  See the announcement from ED below.
