[Lender] 2013 Annual Poverty Guidelines Released

Please be aware that DHS released the 2013 Annual Poverty Guidelines in the January 24, 2013 Federal Register<https://www.federalregister.gov/articles/2013/01/24/2013-01422/annual-update-of-the-hhs-poverty-guidelines>.

Please note that the 150% of the poverty guidelines figure is to be used for the Economic Hardship deferment as well as the income-driven repayment plans.
