[MainstreetManagers] Public posting of board mtg

[Main Street Duncan]

Vicki, 

Duncan posts Board Meeting Agendas and Minutes and all Committee Agendas and Minutes in our office as well as a list of all meeting times. Our City posts only our board schedule at City Hall. 

All of our committees include a quorum of board members, usually, so we post it all just to be safe even if that quorum doesn’t always happen.
