[MainstreetManagers] Photos at events

We have done several things over the past few years... We have had OSUIT & Green Country Technology Center students & staff that have taken pictures for us before. We also had a local photographer that volunteered his time to be at the events, unfortunately he moved. We have a GREAT relationship with our local newspaper as well, so they are ALWAYS at our events taking pictures.

How do you go about getting coverage at your events? I was thinking of paying someone, or seeing if someone would be willing to cover the event for volunteer hours.
