[MainstreetManagers] Board Agendas and Committee Minutes

I'm thinking the same thing. And they need to be available so if anyone
stops by and asks to see minutes from whatever meeting, so you can hand
it to them. 

At a training session, I learned you are supposed to gather minutes from
all board meetings from the beginning of time, and if you don't have
them from a period of time, you need to include a dated letter stating
they are missing. This way, if someone needed to see all of your minutes
from forever, it doesn't look like you pulled some out when they asked.
