[MainstreetManagers] Board Agendas and Committee Minutes

Thank you all for your input! It seems that I have a variation of how many
years of agenda/minutes I have for the board and each committee. All
committee minutes should be in the board agenda packets so I'm thinking
maybe I could do away with the individual committee minutes starting in say
2011?
I would love to eventually go to all digital records but I know that will
take an enormous amount of manpower.
