[MainstreetManagers] Board Agendas and Committee Minutes

[Main Street Enid - Kelly Tompkins]

I think the only meeting minutes you need to worry about are the ones
where a quorum of your board members are present, so probably just board
meetings. We make sure a quorum of board members don't show up for
committee meetings so we don't have to follow Open Meetings Act for
those.
