[MainstreetManagers] Benefits and Funding Survey

Every 2 years we send out this survey so we can get a average of your salaries and benefits.  Many of you in the past have been able to take advantage of this accumulated information for salary increases or even paid time off.

It is important to understand that this information is confidential to the individuals and would only be given to others as a average of all surveys combined.  So in other words, no other community would see your individual information.
