[MainstreetManagers] Hanging Art on Buildings

I'm looking for an example of a contract stipulating hanging art on
someone's building.  We want to hang some art downtown, and we've gotten
permission from some property owners.  I would like them to sign some sort
of contract with terms stipulated in it.  Hoping to not create it from
scratch.  Does anyone have anything like this you'd be willing to share?
Any help/guidance at all would be appreciated.  Thanks!!
