We have a couple of contracts with Tulsa and one contract requires a monthly
report on what our activities were during the month. We focus on relating
our accomplishments based on the work plans and anything beyond. We also
report reinvestment figures to the City. So, I would start by making a long
list of your program's accomplishments...you will be surprised how much
value your MS provides.
