[MainstreetManagers] City Contracts and Presentations

Good afternoon,
I attend monthly, but only present annually in June. I give them our calendar of events for the year & an info graph of our reinvestment numbers for the previous full year (ex. 2018 you received one from the State staff that you can use). Then I go over the highlights that we accomplished since the last time I presented to them.

We have a couple of contracts with Tulsa and one contract requires a monthly report on what our activities were during the month. We focus on relating our accomplishments based on the work plans and anything beyond. We also report reinvestment figures to the City. So, I would start by making a long list of your program’s accomplishments…..you will be surprised how much value your MS provides.
