[MainstreetManagers] Photos at events

At huge events, we use our local paper and their photographer so the pictures are theirs.  At the 4th of July and Santa Store, we have a photo op that people use to collect from the Facebook page of the photographer.  At the Crystal Dig, its impossible to catch everyone as they arrive, so we ask them first.

At your bigger events, how do you go about taking the pics? Do you post signs that photos are being taken? Do you just ask after?
