OHFA's Board established an emergency housing assistance fund in 2017 (Richard S. Lillard Emergency Fund) to provide $1500 to each family displaced by an Oklahoma disaster where the President has issued a federal declaration or the Governor has declared a state of emergency for the impacted area.  The Fund is not limited to families receiving assistance under a HUD program or to families assisted under a program administered by OHFA.   Attached are the Richard S. Lillard Emergency Housing Assistance Fund rules.
