Angie,
Most retail (gift, clothing, hobby, etc.) has always been able to be open provided they were following the Governor’s and CDC guidelines for cleanliness and safety.  There may have been restrictions placed on businesses by the local municipality.  Check with the City of Yukon for further guidance.
