Good afternoon Main Street.  As I mentioned on the Friday zoom call, we are continuing the new director training.  Unfortunately, we were not able to provide the leadership sessions when we learned the four points and the Main Street approach earlier in the year.  Below is the schedule and Anna will send out the zoom information.  The is required training for new directors, but everyone is invited.

>       Assessing our leadership base - opportunities to grow (internal and external)
>       Roles between - priorities, projects, and program management
o       Opportunity to include a Main Street Director (or two) to share tips
>       Developing a Solid Volunteer Leadership Development Program
>       Prep time for tomorrow's session(s)
o       Questions and/or worksheet (s) related to budget and fund-development
