[MainstreetManagers] Outgoing board members

I'm interested to see what you all do as well.  Yukon is just starting to
rotate terms from our start-up.
I was thinking of a plaque or framed certificate (typical) and also was
considering having "Main Street for Life" shirts made.
Hopefully that campaign for outgoing members will help establish that
involvement is not limited, over when the term ends

We are planning to hold our first downtown awards this year and would honor
them at that time.

I'm looking forward to seeing other's responses.
