[MainstreetManagers] Outgoing board members

We have a get together with food for new board members, existing board members, and those who are rolling off at the end of the FY. We give them a certificate of appreciation as a board member for their term and usually some type of gift (last year it was a business portfolio with our logo).

I'm interested to see what you all do as well.  Yukon is just starting to rotate terms from our start-up.
I was thinking of a plaque or framed certificate (typical) and also was considering having "Main Street for Life" shirts made.
Hopefully that campaign for outgoing members will help establish that involvement is not limited, over when the term ends

We are planning to hold our first downtown awards this year and would honor them at that time.

I'm looking forward to seeing other's responses.
