I just wanted to remind for those that have not submitted their June reports, please submit by EOB today. If you have already submitted, thank you.
Secondly, per email below, we will be going to a different platform for reports starting August 1st, so if you don’t already have a Microsoft account set-up, please follow instructions below. You will need to do this in order to submit your July and subsequent reports. Again, if you have any questions, please reach out to Sofia or myself. Tamara and I are on the road today and tomorrow, so if you have any questions, please reach out to me via email or cell.

Subject: OK Main Street - RR Follow-up & June Report Deadline
Happy Friday Main Street Team!
I wanted to inform you that June reports are due on Friday, July 15th. As always, we Look forward to receiving your reports. I would ask that you do not make any edits/changes for preceding months (January – May). If you need to make any changes relative to these 5 months, please make the necessary adjustments to reflect for June. Also, if you need a copy of your report, please let us know and we will send the official version we have on file.
MS SharePoint Reporting Update:
Consequently, we will be converting to the new reporting platform starting for July ’22 reports. At that point, future reports will be completed and submitted via Microsoft SharePoint. This reporting system will be included within our new Oklahoma Main Street Resource Portal which we will share more information about. In any case, we will be taking small steps until then to get you prepared and trained for using this reporting system.
As a starting point, everyone will need to have a Microsoft account set-up, IF you don’t already have one. By having such an account, this will allow you access to the OK Main Street Resource SharePoint Portal, not only for completion of reports but other documentation/information that you will have access to and can use. We have attached instructions below on how to set up an account. Again, if you already have a Microsoft account, no need to do anything.
If you have any questions on how to set-up/walk-thru the process, please reach out to our intern, Ms. Sofia Torres-Mendez, who can assist you with this (you can also reach out to Anna as back-up). Sofia’s email address is: sofia.torresmendez at okcommerece.gov<mailto:sofia.torresmendez at okcommerece.gov> or by phone at 405-815-5136. Her work days are Tuesday – Thursday. She will be happy to assist and knowledgeable on how to set-up. NOTE: We ask that everyone have their account set-up by Monday, July 18th.
How to set up MS account (if you don’t have one):
1. Go to account.microsoft.com<https://account.microsoft.com/>, select Sign in, and then choose to Create one!
2. Then, you will add your existing email, and it will associate to the Microsoft account you are creating (you do NOT need to create a new email).
3. After this, you will create a new password and select next.
4. Microsoft will send you a verification code.
5. Open a new tab and sign into the email you have made.
6. Then, find the security code.
7. Enter the security code on the account setup screen.
8. Next, you have to prove you are not a robot with a CAPTCHA
9. Congrats! your email provided is associated to Microsoft.
