[MainstreetManagers] Storage Facility

[Buffy Skee]

Hi Main Street.  I received a call regarding a downtown building being turned into a commercial storage facility - like U-Haul.  It's a large two story building that would have a storage facility on the first floor and residential on the second floor.  Has anyone dealt with this situation?  Does your town/city/district have zoning for or against (no issue with the upper floor residential)?  Any help is appreciated.
