Per email below, just providing a friendly reminder that your May. Report is due by EOD June 14, 2024 if you haven’t already submitted.

NOTE:  This only applies to all Designated programs.  For Associate programs, please feel free in reaching out to your state liaison to discuss and determine report completion/submission, as needed.  Network programs are exempt from completing/submitting.
