I am still working on it.  It will be a long uphill climb but we are looking into "Design Guidelines" for downtown to kind of ease some of the yucky buildings ;)

I was curious if any of your cities have implemented any ordinances that might help with filling these empty buildings or that at least help them not be eyesores for downtown.
